The response to this was "Oh WOW!". Now, there is always some in our freezer.
Ingredients:
1 cup 0% fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup fruit, chopped. (For this batch I used mango and currants)
Preparation:
Mix yogurt and fruit together.
Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking try.
Place in freezer until solid.
Remove from freezer and roughly break off into chunks.
Put in desired storage container or bag and place back in freezer until ready to eat.
Serve frozen.
