I'm a Mom who cares deeply for the health and well being of her children.  I am in no way a medical professional, nutritionist or dietician. 


This site includes some of the recipes I have created to be as low fat as possible!  The recipes are meant as a starting point to give you some ideas on your journey. 

 

As with any restrictive diet, supplements may be necessary to ensure you are getting the full compliment of vitamins and minerals needed for optimal health.  I urge you to reach out to your Doctor or Registered Dietician to ensure you are receiving all your body needs.  Every body is different and there is no one recipe for all! 

 

I am fortunate to be consulting with a fabulous Registered Dietician through our Hospital.  She is monitoring proper weight gain and periodic blood work gives her an idea into what is happening inside.

Although daunting, I know you can succeed at this task before you.  Read labels, get creative and never be afraid to ask for help!
