The kids felt like chips and salsa. Without missing a beat, my son suggested I use some of his bread toasted so he too could enjoy the salsa experience.
Ingredients:
2 slices 0% fat bread
1/4c 0% fat salsa
Preparation:
Toast the bread a little more than you normally would so it has a nice crispy feel. Careful not to burn!
Pour salsa into bowl and serve alongside bread.
