Pumpkin Ginger Bread

Spicy, Moist and delicious! This bread disappeared within an hour of being baked!





Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1 tbsp. Baking powder

3 tbsp. skim milk powder

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. ginger

1tumb sized piece fresh ginger grated

1cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup brown sugar more for sprinkling on top

1 cup water

1/4 cup -1/2cup raisins


Preparation:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.

  2. Mix all wet ingredients together.

  3. Combine went and dry ingredients well, but careful not to overmix.

  4. Place in parchment lined loaf pan.

  5. Bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes
