Pan Fried Balsamic Vegetables

Ingredients:

4 Sweet Bell Peppers, sliced

1/2 red onion, sliced

2 cups Brussel Sprouts, sliced in half

6 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

1 tbsp. garlic salt


Preparation:

1. Add Brussel sprouts to pan with garlic salt and balsamic vinegar

2. Fry until softened.

3. Add onion and peppers to pan and fry until soft.

4. Serve and Enjoy!
