Simple, fast and very enjoyable!
Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breasts, all visible fat trimmed
Sauce:
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 red onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
3/4 cup ketchup
1 can tomato paste (156ml)
1 1/4 cups orange juice
Preparation:
Place chicken in bottom of oven safe dish.
Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Bake @350F for approximately 1hr.
**I served this with a side of cabbage, rice and peppers. Feel free to add whatever vegetables you like best.
