Mint-Chocolate Ice Cream

Refreshingly rich taste.

Ingredients:

1 can 0% fat free evaporated skim milk (354ml)

1/2-2 cups sugar depending on how sweet you like your ice cream

2 tbsp. corn starch

3 tbsp. fat free skim milk powder

1 tbsp. cocoa powder (0.5g fat/1 tbsp.)

1 tbsp.-2 tbsp. crushed peppermint leaves


Preparation:

  1. Add evaporated skim milk to mixer. Slowly add in sugar and blend medium until all sugar is incorporated.

  2. Add corn starch, skim milk powder, and cocoa powder, blend together.

  3. Fold in peppermint leaves.

  4. Transfer to freezer safe container for 6 hours or overnight until frozen.

  5. Serve and Enjoy!
