Creamy noodle goodness that resembles the real thing in both taste and texture!
Ingredients:
2 packages Kamut rotini noodles (454g each) 0.3g
fat/1cup
1 can fat free evaporated skim milk (354ml)
4 tbsp. 0% fat skim milk powder
3 tbsp. corn starch
1tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup corn flakes to top.
Preparation:
Cook Kamut noodles as per directions. Slightly undercook so they don't become soggy.
Whisk together evaporated milk, milk powder, corn starch and garlic salt.
Place noodles into an oven safe dish. Pour sauce over noodles.
Bake uncovered at 350F for 20 minutes. Add Corn Flakes last 10 minutes of baking or cook covered so flakes don't burn
