"Lobster" Lasagna

A low fat twist on a classic.

Ingredients:

1 can fat free tomato sauce

2tsp garlic salt

2tsp dried oregano

2tsp dried basil


1pkg imitation lobster - pollack (227g)

4-6 Kamut noodles, depending on size of your dish

2 large carrots, shredded on mandolin

1 head broccoli, chopped small

1 can summer sweet peas, drained

1pkg 0% fat cottage cheese (500g)


Preparation:

  1. Mix herbs with tomato sauce

  2. Layer in oven safe baking dish: tomato sauce, noodles, vegetables, "lobster", cottage cheese, tomato sauce. Continue layering until you reach within 1/4" of top of your dish.

  3. Place in oven at 350F for approximately 45-60minutes.

  4. Serve warm and Enjoy!
