Lemon Fish Bake

Quick, Simple, Tasty. So perfect for a super fast dinner.

Ingredients:

2 0% fat Fish fillets of your choice

1.5 lemons, 1 juiced, 1/2 sliced

Small handful of fresh chives


Preparation:

  1. Put approximately 3/4" water in the bottom of a baking dish.

  2. Place fish in dish. Cover with lemon juice, sliced lemons and chives.

  3. Bake covered @400F for approximately 20-25 minutes.

  4. Serve and Enjoy!

** I served this with a side of (non-oil) roasted seasoned potatoes and steamed dill carrots.
