After taking a tea sommelier course a few years ago I began growing and brewing my own teas. The kids love them hot or cold. It's an easy and fun way to keep them hydrated!
Ingredients:
6 chamomile flowers
2 sprigs of lavender
1 sprig of peppermint leaves
Preparation:
Boil water to 100C. Pour water over flowers and steep for 5 or more minutes.
Pour carefully into cup, once cooled enough to ingest, Enjoy!
