Created by my son, enjoyed by the entire family!
Ingredients:
5 lbs. carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
4 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. desired spice (I have used both dill and sage that worked well)
Preparation:
Lightly steam carrots.
Transfer carrots to oven safe dish sprinkle with spices and drizzle with honey. Mix well.
Bake in oven @350F for approximately 20-30minutes. Stir 1/2 way through cooking. Carrots should be slightly crisped and honey thickened.
