Herb Crepes

This recipe was adapted from pinchofflavours.com

Ingredients:

1 egg white

200ml fat free skim milk

1/2 water

1 cup flour

Large handful fresh chives

Large handful fresh golden oregano


Preparation:

  1. Beat egg white in bowl.

  2. Add milk, water, flour and mix well.

  3. Spread a thin layer of batter onto a pre-heated non-stick pan.

  4. Sprinkle crepe with chives and oregano as it cooks. Flip once and brown the other side.

  5. Fill with desired toppings. Here we used a 0% fat turkey meat, serve alongside a sliced apple and honey mustard. They didn't last long!
