Easy Mushroom Rice

Ingredients:
1 pkg. mushrooms (227g), sliced
3tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups 0% fat basmati rice, cooked
4 cups water
Handful fresh chives, chopped
2tbsp honey
Preparation:
Fry mushrooms in Worcestershire sauce.
Cook rice as per instructions. For extra flavour the rice can be cooked in 0%fat vegetable, chicken or beef stock.
Stir cooked mushrooms, chives and honey into rice.

**This is great on its own or added into a meal as a filler.
