Ingredients:
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup water
Chicken stock 0% fat (900ml)
6 cups potatoes, diced
2 heads broccoli, chopped
1 can 0% fat evaporated skim milk (354ml)
1 cup 0% fat skim milk
2 tbsp. corn starch
Preparation:
Add first 8 ingredients to pot and simmer
Add chicken stock and potatoes and boil until almost cooked, then add broccoli.
Once broccoli is cooked, reduce heat and add evaporated milk and skim milk with corn starch.
Cook until heated through.
Blend using immersion blender. Serve and Enjoy!
