Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

4 large egg whites

2 tins crab meat (120g each)

1 tbsp. dill

4-6 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Large handful of fresh chives, chopped

2 cups fat free panko bread crumbs


Preparation:

  1. Beat egg whites in large bowl.

  2. Add all ingredients to bowl with egg whites and mix well.

  3. Measure into 1/3 cup size patties.

  4. Bake in oven at 350F for 25-35 minutes.
