Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1 can fat free evaporated skim milk 354ml
2tbsp. corn starch
1tsp thyme
2tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Montreal Chicken Spice
1/2 white onion, diced
4 carrots, diced small
2 heads broccoli, chopped small
6-8 potatoes, diced small
1 pkg (227g) crab meat chunks
Panko 0% fat bread crumbs
Preparation:
1. Mix first 7 ingredients together and set aside.
2. Mix next 5 ingredients together in separate bowl. Add to ungreased baking dish.
3. Pour sauce over ingredients in dish.
4. Top with bread crumbs.
5. Bake @375F covered for 45min, uncovered for 15minutes.
