Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 cup brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 small apples, chopped into chunks
1 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup skim milk
Preparation:
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Mix all wet ingredients together. Shake or whisk up milk to create bubbles before adding it. Creates a light airy texture to the final loaf.
Mix wet and dry together. Careful not to overmix.
Place into a parchment lined loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes.
