Chive Biscuits

These were pretty crunchy, much like a French baguette. Good for dipping in soups and stews.


Ingredients:

2c All purpose flour

1Tbsp. baking powder

1c 0% fat sour cream

Handful of fresh chives, chopped


Preparation:

  1. Measure 2 cups of flour into a bowl (be sure to check the fat content as it can vary between companies). Add the baking powder. Mix well.

  2. Add in approximately 1 cup fat free Sour Cream, and chopped chives. Mix well. Add more if dough is too dry, or less if dough appears too wet.

  3. Measure out 1/3 cup dough balls. Shape as you would like.

  4. Bake at 375F for approximately 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
