Buckwheat Spaghetti

A different, lower fat version of the traditional spaghetti meal

Ingredients:

1 bundle buckwheat noodles

1 can fat free tomato sauce

2tsp garlic salt

1 tbsp. oregano


Preparation:

  1. Boil noodles as per instructions, they don't take very long.

  2. Mix sauce and spices and heat.

  3. Pour sauce over noodles and serve.

**This meal was served with some chicken meatballs (see separate post for recipe), bread sticks and a salad
