We have chickens at the house so plenty of eggs. The whites taste wonderful and contain only trace amounts of fat. (Can you tell we have an over-achiever in the flock?)
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
Any sides you would like to add (fruit, 0% fat toast) etc.
Preparation:
Separate egg whites into bowl and beat well.
Add to non-stick pan and cook thoroughly.
Serve with a side of fruit, toast, etc.
