A perfect snack anytime of the day!
These biscuits were virtually fat free and super easy to whip up. All the kids loved them and the entire batch was gone by bedtime! Paired with a bowl of Greek Yogurt lightly sprinkled with cinnamon, provides a filling and nourishing snack.
Ingredients:
2cups flour
1tbsp baking powder
1tbsp cinnamon
1tsp ginger
1tsp nutmeg
3/4c Greek yogurt
1/2c pumpkin puree
Preparation:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix all wet ingredients.
Combine both sets of ingredients well.
Measure out 1/4 cup balls, gently flatten into biscuit shape on parchment lined pan.
Bake at 350F for approximately 30min or until a toothpick comes out of center clean.
For the yogurt I simply sprinkled some cinnamon on top of Greek yogurt!
