We offer a variety of services. As always we are happy to accommodate individual preferences. If there is something you don't see here, please do not hesitate to ask!

           SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

Training with a friend(s) can be a great motivating factor. You can keep one another on track while sharing your fitness journey!   More specialized than group classes, everyone's individual goals are taken into account and worked towards (must share similar goals).

           SMALL GROUP CLASSES

 

Bring a friend or join yourself and meet some new like-minded people to share this fitness journey with.  Small group training, for mothers, serves as an intimate atmosphere to share your journey through motherhood, while de-stressing, regaining energy (yes energy!) and confidence.  All ages are welcome. Bond with your baby, while doing something for yourself. Bring the older children and be their example for an active lifestyle. Or simply just come by yourself for a more focused session!
Classes are also offered for those without children.

*LIMITED TO 8 PARTICIPANTS

       TRAINING FOR RIDERS

Whether you want to simply improve your seat, remain conditioned during the winter, or become competition ready, this is the class for you! Focusing on all the major muscles used in riding; this class combines strength and flexibility to create balance within your body that can be transferred to the horse.

           PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is an excellent way to maximize your potential with one-on-one focus.  It includes detailed assessment of goals and personalized programming with and without your coach present.  Your progress is tracked and reassessed regularly to ensure you are on track to realizing your goals.  This service can be offered in the comfort of your own home or gym of your choice.

As always children are welcome.
