After these past few years some of us feel more comfortable staying at home. Staying home doesn't mean your training needs to stop. Some of the best ways to combat stress, anxiety and feelings of isolation is to move your body!
We are lacing up in our home to bring fitness to yours!

Disclaimer: As with any training program you are the best judge of what your body is comfortable with. I urge you to be mindful of this, especially in an at-home setting. Each exercise will always have progressions and regressions offered so you can work comfortably at your level and ability. Be sure you have approval of your physician or other health care practitioner before beginning any exercise. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. Do not begin this or any exercise class if you have a pre-existing condition that may become aggravated due to exercise. This can include, but is not limited to; heart disease, high blood pressure, discomfort in chest while exercising, bone or joint problems, or if you are obese or smoke. Maintain continual hydration throughout your day, but especially during exercise. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately.
