Jen creates a welcoming, laid-back environment. She brings a lot of variety to her workouts and always has a modification available to accommodate different fitness levels and pre-existing injuries. Her exercises are challenging and they also feel safe for postpartum rehabilitation. She brings a strong focus to core and pelvic floor activation during all exercises, encouraging the functional fitness that is so important in daily activities.

I attended the Baby and me classes with both of my children and absolutely loved them! Not only did I target my own post partum weight loss journey I was also able to connect with other moms while both my babies were able to interact with other children. Jen is awesome and able to accommodate any level of fitness and such a friendly face to see.

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about Jen and the two programs she has created at the Meridian Centre over the last several years (Mom and Babies and Mom’s only). I was so fortunate to come across Jen and her wonderful programs shortly after the first of two (difficult and different) childbirths. She gave me the confidence to begin working out again after and filled in the gaps of knowledge that I lacked. She provided workouts that had variety from week to week and offered alternatives/adaptations for exercises that I didn’t feel I was ready to do yet. Jen created workouts each week that took into account everyone’s goals and abilities in the class and really took the time to get to know what was important to each of us. The Meridian centre is such a clean and nice facility and Jen always helped to create a very relaxed environment that never made you feel awkward if your baby/toddler was having a difficult day. I am forever grateful of have met Jen and to have found the incredible programs she has created.

Jen is a knowledgeable and an experienced trainer. I have been attending her fitness classes since March 2022 and I have never felt so great. Jen individualizes her classes to meet all needs. She is quick to offer modifications if something doesn’t feel right. Her classes are always interesting, challenging and motivating. If you’re willing to put in the effort, Jen’s workouts will have you reaching your goals. I cannot recommend Jen enough. She is amazing at what she does and phenomenal to work with. Thanks Jen!

Jen is such a welcoming and accommodating trainer, and has made it easy for me to participate in exercises with my baby crawling nearby. Her workouts are a lot of fun and I walk out feeling stronger and with more energy. I highly recommend her classes!

I definitely recommend Jen’s workout classes! It’s the perfect class no matter your fitness level. Anything can be modified; you choose what you put into it! Jen offers great encouragement throughout. Each week is a totally new and different workout. I also love the intimate class sizes and being among other moms in a similar stage of life. And, even my daughter looks forward to being there! She loves to roam around the gym and play. It’s such a flexible set up that I can be both working out and chasing my daughter to redirect when needed . Lastly, the affordability is very appealing.
